A: Absolutely, you’ll almost certainly increase your exposure to potential buyers and improve your chances of selling.

Q: Should I tell my existing Estate Agent?
A: Definitely, it is important that you do this to ensure you avoid the possibility of any misunderstanding over commission when your property is sold. Hopefully it will also give them an incentive to market your property more aggressively.

Q: What else is included?
A: We print property details and photographs, supply and erect a Sale board, we advertise in all major property websites including rightmove and we advertise in local property press. We handle all enquiries, distribute property brochures from our office and qualify the status of potential buyers. We then formally instruct your chosen solicitors to act for you and your buyer

Q: Can you value my property?
A: Yes we do free valuations if you’re not sure about the asking price you’re looking for. It is also an opportunity for you to find out more face to face about what Moss & Co can offer.

A: Firstly, we have a prominent shop front location based in Mansfield town centre and Nottingham. We have extensive local market experience due to our sister Company Charles & Co and we have an investor/landlord portfolio of around 500 customers from our lettings company which has been going for over five years.
